The App is provided by Dodo Studio Tech Limited and lets you create AI face-swap videos from photos or videos you choose on your device.

When you create an AI face-swap video, you choose photos or videos from your device’s photo library. These files may contain images of you or other people (“face data”). The App uploads the selected media to our servers solely to generate the requested output.

We collect basic technical information — device model, system version, language and which features you use — to maintain and improve the App. This information is not used to identify you personally.

4.1 What face data we collect

The App may process face data contained in the photos or videos you choose, only as needed to generate AI face-swap videos. We do not create or store separate biometric identifiers or templates outside of the original media files.

4.2 How we use face data

Face data is used only to perform the AI face-swap processing you request and to deliver the resulting video. It is never used for model training, algorithm improvement, advertising, user profiling or any other secondary purpose.

4.3 Sharing of face data

We do not sell, rent or share face data with any third party. Face data is processed only on servers controlled by us, together with our cloud infrastructure provider acting on our behalf.

4.4 Storage and retention of face data

The photos, videos and face data you upload are processed on servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform (US region). Files are kept only as long as needed to generate and deliver your AI face-swap video.

We delete the media files and associated face data as soon as processing is complete, and in all cases within no more than 1 hour after the generation task finishes or fails. After deletion, we keep no copies of the original photos, videos or face data.

4.5 Relationship to your account or session

Face data is linked only to the specific generation request or session in which you upload the media. It is not tied to a permanent user profile and is not reused across sessions.

Before any photos, videos or face data are sent to our servers, the App presents a clear consent notice explaining:
